Dalia Mohammadi Darvishvand joined Lewis & Associates LLP in August 2025 as an articling student. She completed her LLB (Civil Law) in Iran before moving to Canada. Thereafter, she completed her Master of Laws in Comparative Common Law at the University of Montreal and obtained her Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA).
At Lewis & Associates LLP, Dalia found the opportunity to focus on immigration and refugee law, drawing on her own lived experience as an immigrant. This experience helped her understand not only the legal complexities involved but also the profound emotional impact these processes can have. She approaches her work with dedication, determination, and attention to detail.
In addition to English, Dalia is fluent in Farsi. Outside the legal field, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering and helping people in need, as well as watching Marvel movies, hiking, and reading novels.
