Omar AlSaadi is originally from Iraq and holds three academic degrees: a Bachelor of Law (Civil Law), a Master of International Commercial Law (LLM) from the UK, and a Master of Canadian Common Law (LLM) from Canada. His academic achievements are complemented by strong research skills in immigration and refugee law.
Omar joined the firm as a law student in May 2022 and began his articling in March 2024. He has a robust understanding of both civil and common law systems, which he applies effectively within diverse legal frameworks.
On a personal level, Omar enjoys attending sporting events and concerts and engaging with nature through hiking and camping. He is fluent in both English and Arabic, allowing him to manage legal matters involving diverse cultural backgrounds.
