Peter Coleman received his law degree in 2012 in the United States from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he earned a Juris Doctor with cum laude law honors.
While in law school, he served as associate editor for the Global Studies Law Review and was awarded the Christophine G. Mutharika International Law Prize.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Great Distinction from McGill University, with a major concentration in Political Science and a minor concentration in International Development Studies.
Peter is an experienced trial lawyer and courtroom litigator. He worked for eight years as a criminal defense lawyer in New York at The Bronx Defenders and the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County.
He represented countless clients facing serious criminal charges and related immigration law consequences. He also served for one year as the judicial law clerk for the Hon. Michael L. Ravin, judge of the New Jersey Superior Court.
He is a member of the Bar of Ontario and New York State.
He speaks English, Spanish, and some Portuguese, and represents clients from all over the world.
