Bilal Gül joined the team in January 2023 as an articling student. He was called to the Bar in Ontario in March 2024. Bilal assists clients with all aspects of immigration and refugee law in Canada. He is particularly interested in litigation and administrative decision-making issues in immigration law. He is fluent in both English and Turkish.
Bilal obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in 2021 from Ankara University and he earned his Legum Magister degree from the University of Toronto in 2022. Having been taught in two different jurisdictions, he reflects his diversified perspective on his practice to better help his clients.
He is thrilled to have the opportunity to work at Lewis & Associates LLP with a team of highly skilled lawyers and support staff who are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to clients.
In his free time, Bilal enjoys playing piano and guitar, together with several Turkish traditional instruments.
