Justin Heller

Justin Heller joined Lewis & Associates LLP initially as an articling student in August 2021, before continuing with the firm as a lawyer.

Having completed his Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, he then moved to Australia to study law at Bond University. There, he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2020 before returning to Toronto.

At Lewis & Associates LLP, Justin successfully represents clients at the Immigration and Refugee Board. Additionally, Justin’s success extends to his Appellate work at both the Refugee Appeal Division (RAD), and the Federal Court. In addition, Justin is experienced in both Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) Applications and Pre-Removal Risk Assessments (PRRA).

While Justin’s practice is primarily focused on clients from Africa, he assists clients no matter their country of origin and will be happy to assist you with anything you require in the refugee process.

In his spare time, Justin enjoys golfing with friends and taking in a Blue Jays game at the Rogers Centre.
