Mario Sepe started his legal career in 1991 when he joined the Federal Court of Canada as a Registry Officer. In 2005, he took leave from the Court to attend Law School. He attended the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law.
While in Law School, Mario was awarded the Scotia Bank Award for the highest standing in the Trusts course (2008) and the Sherrard Kuzz LLP prize in Labour, Employment, and Administrative law. (2006-2007).
After Law School, he articled at the City of Toronto and practiced there in the Employment and Labour group.
Then he had the opportunity to go back to the Federal Court as a Senior Registry and practiced law in the non-traditional sense.
He left the Court and practiced Family law for about a year until he found a home at Lewis and Associates LLP in 2024, practicing Immigration and Refugee law.
In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family, read, and go for coffee.
