Oltion Toro Tony joined Lewis & Associates LLP in August 2020, initially as an articling student and then as a lawyer. Before that, Oltion completed the University of Toronto GPLLM program in Canadian common law to meet the National Committee on Accreditation requirements for becoming a licensed lawyer in Canada. 

Oltion was born in Albania and immigrated to Canada with his family. He is fluent in Albanian, English, and Romanian. Oltion obtained a four-year Bachelor of Civil Law degree from Babeş-Bolyai University, Faculty of Law, in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He also holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Maastricht, the Netherlands, in Comparative law (civil vs. common law) and European law.

At Lewis & Associates LLP, Oltion is dedicated to the refugee and immigration practice. He is passionate in helping people in need. Oltion has over fifteen years of foreign experience as a lawyer in the areas of administrative law, contract law, and litigation. Additionally, as a lawyer at the Albanian Attorney General Office (Headquarters), Oltion represented his country of origin before the European Court of Human Rights and various arbitration tribunals. 

Oltion is enjoying his time in Canada. He loves food, traveling around the world, and getting to know new people and cultures.
