Hyunjin (Richard) Seung earned his bachelor’s degree with Honours from York University in 2016 and earned his law degree (Juris Doctor) from Queen’s faculty of Law in 2022. He joined Lewis & Associates LLP in 2023.
Prior to joining Lewis & Associates LLP, Richard worked at two different immigration law firms. Richard has successfully helped many of his clients on numerous files such as Sponsorship applications, Humanitarian & Compassionate applications, and with applications for Judicial Review at the Federal Court. Richard also has extensive experience in successfully representing clients before the Refugee Protection Division.
During his free time, Richard enjoys bouldering (rock climbing) and playing golf with friends.
