Thomas Rubino joined Lewis and Associates LLP in January 2024 as a student. Thomas has been gaining experience primarily in refugee matters. He is particularly interested in constitutional law, administrative law, and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Thomas attended the University of Guelph where he earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International Development Studies in 2016. He attended Queen’s University where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2022.
In his free time, Thomas enjoys playing and watching soccer, playing guitar, and keeping up with international affairs and modern history.
