Thomas Rubino is a licensed lawyer in Ontario, called to the bar in October 2024. Thomas began his legal career at Lewis & Associates LLP in January 2024 as an Articling Student after completing the Law Practice Program (LPP) at Toronto Metropolitan University.
Thomas has extensive experience primarily in refugee matters, and has served clients from all over the world. He is particularly interested in constitutional law, administrative law, and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, as well as the extent to which these areas intersect with immigration and refugee matters.
Thomas attended the University of Guelph where he earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International Development Studies in 2016. He attended Queen’s University where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2022.
In his free time, Thomas enjoys playing and watching soccer, playing guitar, and keeping up with international affairs and modern history.
